Terms and Conditions for 1:1 90-Minute Intensive Session

1. Introduction

Welcome! Thank you for considering a 1:1 90-minute intensive session with Jazze Jervis. These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the "Client") and JMJ International (the "Provider"). By booking a session, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Session Description

The 1:1 intensive session is a focused, personalized consultation designed to address your specific needs and goals. Each session lasts 90 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking: To secure your session, you must book it through Acuity - the link will be provided in the welcome email once you’ve made payment.
3.2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay via credit/debit card. The session fee is $897 USD.
3.3. Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.
3.4. Booking Deadline: The session must be booked within 30 days of purchasing your session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellation Policy: Please note that all sales are final; there are no refunds for the session fee once payment has been made.
4.2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your session without the option to reschedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Preparation: To make the most of your session, please complete the questionnaire provided in the welcome email at least 48 hours before your session.
5.2. Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and the necessary software installed (if applicable) to facilitate smooth communication during the session.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during the session will be kept confidential. The Provider will not disclose any personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer

The intensive session is intended for informational and educational purposes only. The Provider is not a licensed therapist or medical professional, and any advice given during the session should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the session.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America.

10. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients via email or through the booking platform.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
